How fast do you respond?
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. During launches, it may take a bit longer.
Does using ZeroFund affect my credit score?
No. Using ZeroFund’s calculators, planning tools, and educational features does not impact your credit score. Your credit is only affected when you submit an application directly with an issuer, which may result in a hard inquiry.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
I found a bug or incorrect offer data—what should I do?
Email support@zerofund.net with a screenshot and what you expected to see. If it’s an offer/term discrepancy, include the bank name and the page you were viewing.
Is ZeroFund a bank or lender?
No. ZeroFund is an educational platform operated by Spirit Services, LLC. We do not issue credit, make lending decisions, or guarantee approvals.
